Problem: The onboarding takes too long to complete, standard operating procedures are outdated or non-existent, and no consistent workflow tools exist.
Goal: Improve the onboarding and internal workflow processes to help new hires ramp up faster and decrease employee churn.
👩🏽 Strategic Partnerships Manager – wants a smoother onboarding process and better visibility of contractor feedback.
👩🏿 Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) team– manually send information and reminders to new hires, and need automation in place to scale the contractor pool.
